We provide access to a streaming service for the duration of the plan you purchase, together with written setup guidance and customer support during that period.

We do not supply hardware, and we do not supply the third-party player applications you may choose to install. Those are provided by their own developers under their own terms.

You agree to provide accurate contact details, to keep your access details private, and to use the service only in ways permitted by the law that applies to you.

Prices are shown on the packages section of this website and include applicable taxes where required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for the duration shown.

An order is accepted once payment has been confirmed and your access details have been issued. We may decline an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.

We work to keep the service available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Streaming depends on your internet connection, your device, your local network and third-party infrastructure that is outside our control.

Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical. Interruptions caused by your own connection or equipment are not within our responsibility, though we will help you diagnose them.

We may suspend or terminate access without refund where these terms are breached — in particular where access details are shared or resold, or where the service is used unlawfully.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.

Where you deal with us as a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
